IPO
MCL has extensive experience in acting as legal advisor in connection with companies listing their shares for trading on the Swedish marketplaces, so-called stock market listing or IPO. We have particular experience in assisting growth companies before listing on marketplaces such as Spotlight Stock Market and Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
Incentive program
Incentive programs primarily aim to motivate management and staff to work towards the company’s and shareholders’ goals by offering an incentive in the form of financial compensation – provided that set goals are achieved. General meetings
MCL regularly plans and manages general meetings in listed and unlisted companies. Capitalizations
Public and listed limited companies can offer both existing shareholders and the public to subscribe for new shares in the company through a new issue. For private limited companies, however, there is a distribution ban that limits the possibilities of distributing the shares to the public. By issuing rights issue, the company raises more capital. Regardless of the reason or needs connected to the capitalization, MCL is there for you.
M&A
